Our Staff

Earl L. Calhoun, CPA founded Calhoun & Company in 1995. He graduated in 1974 from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He has been in practice since 1974 and a firm partner since 1978. Mr. Calhoun is a member of the AICPA and KYCPA. He is currently the Senior Manager of Calhoun & Company.

Debbie F. Fuller, CPA graduated cum laude from Murray State University in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. She has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1994 and is a member of the AICPA and the KYCPA. Ms. Fuller came to Calhoun & Company in January of 1996 as the firm's Tax Manager. In addition, she manages several audits and specializes in governmental consultation and estate taxation.

Karen P. Lamb, CPA joined Calhoun & Company in 1999 after graduating from Austin Peay State University in 1998 with a Bachelor of Business Administration concentrating in Accounting and Management. She is currently the firm's Audit Manager and also provides tax services to numerous clients. She has extensive experience with banking and not-for-profit entities. In addition to Kentucky, she is also a licensed CPA in the state of Tennessee. Ms. Lamb is a member of the AICPA, KYCPA, and TSCPA, volunteers with the local United Way on the panel review for recipient awards, the 2008 Christian County Relay for Life Event chair and is also a member of the Hopkinsville Business & Professional Women's Club. She is a Leadership of Hopkinsville-Christian County program alumnus and a participant of the KYCPA's Leadership Academy. She currently serves on the Academy's Leadership Task Force.

Jaime L. Petersen, CPA has been with the firm since June of 2002 and has been in accounting since May of 2001. She graduated from Transylvania University cum laude with a Bachelor of Art in Accounting in 2001. A year later, Mrs. Petersen earned a Master of Science in Accountancy from the University of Kentucky. She has an emphasis in tax matters and paperless document retention. She is a QuickBooks ProAdvisor®, and QuickBooks POS® certified. She is also a member of the AICPA and the KYCPA.

Natalie K. Adams began her accounting career with Calhoun & Company in August of 2009 after graduating from the University of Kentucky in May of 2009 with a Bachelors of Science in Accounting. She currently works in our Business Services Department.

Jeannette A. Fink joined Calhoun & Company in January of 2006 as a member of our administrative staff. She has worked with public accounting firms since 1981 and brings a wealth of operations knowledge to Calhoun & Company.

Judy Rorie has been with the firm since 1995. She has worked in various accounting roles since 1964. She is semi-retired and works in our Business Services Department on a part-time basis.

Denise B. Smith has been with our firm since November of 2003. She is a member of our administrative staff and is usually the first voice and face you encounter. Ms. Smith handles many of our client communication and correspondence responsibilities.

Boni S. Wynn has been with the firm since 1995 and is the Business Services Manager. She began her accounting career following graduation from Hopkinsville Community College in 1984 with an Associate in Computer Science. Ms. Wynn also specializes in information systems. She earned her certification as a Certified Networker in 1999.
